Which items can’t I return?

Panties and swimwear/bikini bottoms are delivered with a seal or a hygiene liner. If the seal is broken or the hygiene liner has been removed, the item can’t be returned for a refund. If the garment shows signs of use or is missing its tags, it can’t be returned for a refund.
