I haven’t received a refund for my return

A refund normally takes around 14 days to process after we’ve received your return, but it can sometimes take a little longer during peak periods such as summer and around Christmas. Once we’ve processed your return and issued the refund, it can take up to 3 days before you see the money in your account. If you chose to pay by invoice, your invoice will be updated with the new amount.
