Can I try the item on before I decide?

Yes, you can try the product to check that it fits, just as you would in a physical store. However, the item needs to be resaleable after the return. If it shows signs of more than trying on, for example make-up, perfume, or skin residue, we may deduct a fee to restore it, or in some cases decline the return.
