When will I get my money back?

The refund is issued no later than 14 days after we’ve received your return. During that time we inspect the garment, including a quality check and any repackaging, before approving the return. As soon as the return is approved, we process the refund without delay, but it can take up to 3 banking days before the money shows in your account. Keep in mind that a return carries a return fee, 59 SEK in Sweden, or 5.90 EUR in Finland, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, which is deducted from the refund.
