What happens if I don’t collect my parcel in time?

The parcel is held at the collection point for 7 days. If it isn’t collected in time, an uncollected parcel fee applies: 200 SEK in Sweden, or 25 EUR in Finland, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. Check that the right email and phone number are registered for delivery notifications, check your spam folder, and consider downloading your carrier’s app so you’re notified as soon as your parcel is ready.
