Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to change something in your order, for example the address or which items you ordered. We’ll help where we can, but our orders often go straight to picking, so a change can’t always be guaranteed. If you’d instead like to cancel the entire purchase before it has shipped, use our cancel purchase form.
