Should I round my measurements myself?

No, write down your measurements in whole centimetres exactly as you read them off the tape measure. The size chart is already built with ranges that do the rounding for you, so if you round up yourself “just to be safe” or take off a centimetre to land on a round number, you risk ending up in the wrong size. If your measurement falls exactly between two whole centimetres, round to the nearest whole number and don’t add anything extra.
