Ställ dig framför spegeln utan bh och lyft armarna. Följer bysten rörelsen naturligt handlar det mest om volym, känns den trög och dragande handlar det mer om vikt. Är det axlarna och nacken som är trötta efter en lång dag pekar det också mot tung byst.
