# Why does the edge fold, the bra chafe, or my bust feel squeezed?

The most common reason is that the bra is too small. This is especially noticeable on soft bras/wire-free bras, and sometimes on sports bras too. Try a size up, or re-measure yourself using our size guide to find a bra that feels right.
