# Which sports bra is best for a large or heavy bust?

Choose a high or extra-high support level, a wide and firm band, a full cup, and shaped cups rather than compression alone. Straps should be at least two to three centimetres wide and preferably padded, but it’s the band that should do the heavy lifting, not the straps.
