# How do I measure my bra size at home?

Measure directly under your bust with the tape pulled snug, that gives you your band size. Then measure across the fullest part of your bust to work out your cup size. Compare your measurements with our size chart in the guide [Find Your Size](https://www.swegmark.com/g/find-your-perfect-size).
