# How do I make a complaint about an item that’s broken or faulty?

Contact our customer service with photos, a description of the fault, and your order number. By law, you have the right to make a complaint for 3 years, with 2 months considered a reasonable time to report it. Shipping costs are reimbursed for complaints or incorrect deliveries.
