# How do I know if I have a large bust, a heavy bust, or both?

Stand in front of the mirror without a bra and lift your arms. If your bust follows the movement naturally, it’s mostly about volume, if it feels heavy and pulling, it’s more about weight. If it’s your shoulders and neck that feel tired after a long day, that also points to a heavy bust.
